GUARANTEE
We guarantee the health of WEANED birds up to 30 days after purchase IF THE BIRD IS BROUGHT TO A VETINARIAN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF OWNERSHIP. Un-weaned birds DO NOT come with guarantees and are sold as-is regardless of experience. In the unlikely event of the untimely death of your WEANED feathered friend, a necropsy IS REQUIRED and the report MUST be provided within 45 days and WILL be verified. Health guarantee is made void by exposure to other birds NOT screened for the common avian viruses (polyoma, abv, beak and feather), injury to the animal (flying into objects, windows, doors etc...), exposure to toxins (chemicals, nonstick cookware, arenols etc..) abuse/neglect/negligence or improper diet.
PAYMENT, PAYMENT PLANS AND DEPOSITS
We accept cash in person, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card online. Prices on our website are higher to cover card processing fees. You may reach out directly at 386-347-4073 to pay another way if you choose. A government issued ID is required for all credit card payments and MUST match the name on the card. Photos can be submitted to fasbirds@gmail.com or copies will be made in person. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer payment plans. We do however, allow NON-REFUNDABLE
%50 deposits to hold a bird for up to 14 calendar days. If you do not pick up your bird within 14 calendar days., your deposit is forfeit and the bird will become available again. This must be arranged by contacting us directly and is offered on a case-by-case basis. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE.
DNA SEXING
We do offer DNA sexing for each bird at a cost of $35 for regular speed and $65 for expedited. DNA is sent POST SALE ONLY. We DO NOT hold for DNA results and will not accept offers of deposits pending the determination of a bird's gender. We have many families interested in our babies and we will not allow a bird to miss their opportunity at a forever family if the gender does not suit your needs. At times we do have sexed birds which will be clearly marked in our available birds tab.
OWNER SURRENDER
in an effort prevent disease in our aviary, we do not accept owner surrenders. We will however accept the return of our birds only however; no refunds or trades will be provided.
SHIPPING
We guarantee your bird will be dropped off on time, at the Orlando Delta Cargo office on the date of shipping. We will provide each customer with a receipt confirming drop off. We are not responsible for logistical errors, delays, or weather-related cancellations. In the unlikely event of damage, delay or loss, claims can be processed directly with delta on Deltacargo.com.
